    OUTFITEE by the Kleem Group, only offers replacements for faulty orders. Products are non-refundable but we offer you identical replacements if you contact us within 8 calendar days of receiving your order. Replacements are fulfilled within 15 business days after we confirm hearing from you.

    To get a replacement, please contact us at, SUBJECT: Faulty order, explaining in detail what is wrong with your product and attaching photographic evidence.

    If you received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, different print design or wrong sizes, your order is eligible for replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost to you.

    An item is not eligible for replacement if for some reason you did not order the right size, design or color or if you changed your mind about the product. If the mistake is on our part, we will issue a replacement within 15 business days after we hear from you.

    For lost orders, please contact us at, SUBJECT: Lost order, providing us with your order number. We will then initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and will get back to you within 8 business days. If we determine after investigation that your order was shipped correctly but it is lost, you will receive an identical replacement product within 20 business days.

    If your order got lost or returned because of incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by you, your order will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement.

    Once an order has been sent to production, it may not be cancelled or changed. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, OUTFITEE is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

    Our policy lasts 8 calendar days. If 8 calendar days have gone by since the delivery of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be replaced.
